    How can I finish the quest "Underice" if I sold my breathing helmet I to the blacksmith

    You shouldn't have been able to sell a Quest Item. Try doing /fixquests, if that doesn't work, look through your bank and character inventories.

    You can also make a new character and do the Underwater quest again. It's a level 8 quest so it won't take too long to go do.
