Ice Barrows

    I've been trying to get into Ice Barrows, but whenever I give the Key Collector the key, the door doesn't open. None of my friends who play seem to have this problem, and get in with ease. Is there any fix for this?

    I used to have an issue like this and I wither had to go far enough away from the door for it to reopen (the collector would still remember I had used the key) or I just had to wait a while.

    Have you completed the quest "Fate of the Fallen"? This quest grants access to the dungeon.

    this means the door probably closed whle you were there. What you want to do is back up all the way until it says [You are now leaving Ice Barrows entrance] and then go back, then hopefully the door will open.
