Warrior/Knight Level 80 Warrior Tank Build

After not getting much help from the discord (for good reason), I thought I would share this with the percentage of those who are on the site. I’ve been told many times that I shouldn’t be worrying about builds this early in the game, but I’m always eager to farm for gear and become the optimal tank for my level. That being said, I was wondering if any of you could share some official level 80 tank builds for warrior. Thanks!

 

I don’t know if it’s optimal, but morph set with papyrus and venison with Dragon’s tongue should be good enough for farming endermites at Qira
This build is assuming you care about Xp boost though

 

Anything that involves super high defense and medium attack is always something I look towards. If this provides good defense and elemental defense I’ll definitely consider this set, if that is the case? Keep in mind this is also for level 80, which the helmet requires level 100 to be so I’m not sure if I can use morph set.

This is if you don’t care about damage. It is pure health regen tank.

Here’s a morph set that you can actually use. Highly recommend, damage is a bit sub-par though. Could replace dragons tongue for infidel later, even though you’d lose health regen. Could also use genesis for helmet for extra health regen.

Thank you so much for this build! EDIT: Wondering why fire defense is so low? I thought fire defense was really important to warrior?

 

When I used this build I didn’t notice the negative fire defense, so i don’t know how important it is. But, if you’re worried about it, switch out venison for genesis. Or use another helmet without negatives to fire defense

To be honest, I don’t worry about elemental resistances too much until Qira (lvl 95), so I don’t know
But if you’re worried about it you could always use fire powders on your armor

 

Just for you information elemental defenses don't really matter all that much, unless they are at like -500 or something. I usually disregard their existence. Also fire division in the hive is the last division before Qira, so you prob will have a different build by then
