Lost Essential Untradeable Items

My friend lost to items that he needs for quests. Those items are the Breathing Helmet II and the Creeper Mask. Is there any way a staff member can give them back to him? His IGN is ZeZoBeatz.

 

You can get both again by buying breathing helmet II at the armor shop in nessak and get buy creeper mask in the ravine shop by redoing the steps to get the mask ingredients in the Creeper Infiltration quest

 

The Breathing Helmet II can be bought from the Nesaak armor merchant. The Creeper Mask can be bought again once you do the steps you had previously done to get it (go through the tunnel to get to the creeper skin and go kill the Pigman Overlord again).

 

The creeper mask can be reobtained just like the first time you obtained it - you need to kill the pitman overlord in the Pigman ravines, then go to the tunnel\cave where you get teleported to a cut-scene and get exploded by a creeper, pickup the vine (it's named creeper something) go to the merchant in the village and buy the mask.

The breathing helmet 2 can be bought from the armor merchant in nessak I believe.

I think that according to wynncraft's rules staff is not allowed to give you lost items back but I might be mistaken.
