Selling good slayer for roughly 2.5 stacks of LE. (Also accepting trades)

(also, yes, it is good, but a 70 is better, which is "godly," and I never said it was godly so)

 

No I'm actually serious. Given spellcost thresholds (simple math): 61 is passable. 63 is good, and 67 is great. Above that is godly.

60 isn't even passable.

That's fine, but buyers have the right to know this isn't even close to good.

You're missing the point but basically what @Saya is trying to say is that literally any slayer below 63% (or 61%, if you're planning to use it for a gamer pure build) is terrible as it isn't giving you maximum 3rd spell reduction, as any cost worse than that will cause the spell to cost more than the optimum
