Is 2mr and 2ms enough mana sustain because I'm planning on using a 1ms conference call?

 

I would recommend upgrading. It can work, but 2mr 2ms is a little risky even with all 1 spell costs.

Same build should work. Although personally I might consider using Frenzied Mockery instead of Memento.

Restrictions: only mythics i have are dawnbreak, green light for crafts, ahc is completed

Preference: would like to be able to use archangel for movement, although its okay to ignore it

heres one opting for a lot more spell dps instead of high defense. also uses very cool armor pieces

level 85
should be a pretty easy build to get, seeing youve completed ??? on your shaman. as most cosmics have nice spell benefits alongside their xp bonus, comboing them with some strong chestplate will net you a strong spell build with insane xp.
while the total hp is quite low, you can get really solid defense/agility thanks to procrastination. if you dont feel meaty enough, look for a higher hp chestplate (seagazer, adamantite)
you can replace the accessories with any mana ones.

level 100
gets you through hive, should be good for ahc. do come back when you reach endgame !!
