    i checked the wiki and it is a known bug if where you go back down the stairs after you go all the way up the npc dissaperes making the quest incompleteable is there a way to get the npc back?

    Try relogging, switching worlds, or using /class. If that doesn't work i guess you'll have to wait for the admins to fix it.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to resolve this issue until the fix is pushed to live servers - likely in the next patch or major update.
