Is My Armor Too Old

    I have a chest plate with 31% health regen but my health isn't increasing at all when I have it equipped.

    The actual Regen is dependent also on your Raw HP Regen. If you have 0 Raw HP Regen, 31 precent of nothing is still nothing, and so you won't regenerate.

    I have boots that has a lower hp regen % but it actually works.

    check and see if any other pieces of your armor have raw hpr.
