I Am Banned

Hi I am wondering how to get unbanned. I have been banned for about a week an a half. I was told in the ban message on the server to message @Basteyal I did that and haven't gotten a response or unbanned. I tried to appeal for the ban but it says that there is no record of my username being banned... A little confused and just generally not sure where to go from here. Any help would be super appreciated!

The ban appeal system is offline right now so ban appeals have to be handled manually. Did you start a forum convo with Bast? If so I would recommend just being patient and waiting for a response.
