Shaman/Skyseer Time Rift Shaman

Me and a couple friends are are doing an all shaman play through and are looking for end game time rift shaman builds, multiple suggestions would be great we we can utilise having different elements.

Looking for spell spam time rift builds (any items except mythics)

Yeah no draoi but higher survivability and 11mr should be plenty enough
