I'm Stuck In A Tree Please Help!

Yes, the title is not a joke:
Let me explain, I'm a newbie level 13 mage and I'm stuck in a tree located in Ragni. The one on the left if you look on the map. I got in by using the teleport spell I just learned to climb the tree, then I got stuck, couldn't teleport because I was next to a block, accidentally dropped my wand and couldn't pick it up, and now I don't know what to do. How do I get out of this tree?

 

You can /kill if you have at least 6 soul points, or use a teleport scroll to get out. You will lose your wand though - in the future, do /lock while holding it to prevent this, or unbind your drop button from Q.
