Progress Not Being Saved, Is This A Bug?

I've just come back to playing Wynncraft so I decided to make a new character and I've been playing for a couple of hours. I got up to around level 16 last night but when I logged back in today I was down to level 11 and all my items that I had acquired were gone! This happened before yesterday when I got up to level 12 and then I got glitched into the ground so I quit and logged back on and I was back to level 9 and all my items I got through levels 9-12 were gone! All my progress was gone too, all the quests I did were no longer completed and all the areas I discovered weren't actually discovered.

This is seriously upsetting and I want to know if I'm doing something wrong or if its a bug. I feel like I keep wasting hours! What is going on? Am I the only one this is happening to?

 

I've never heard of a glitch making you lose progress directly. It's either happening only with you (probably an issue with your connection) or it's an extremely rare glitch. I would suggest just trying to play for 10 minutes or so and quitting out. If the same thing happens again try to contact a member of the Content or Moderating team and they'll see what they can do.

 

are u logging to the same class?

 

You might've somehow died, but that doesn't explain the level loss... Try contacting the staff team and see if you can replicate the issue.
