There are spiders in the ruins which give pretty decent xp at level 40.

Bro it's not that hard lol, when you get out of Llevigar walk down the path until it bifurcates next to the farms and the lake, take the left path till you reach a hill with the spiders

 

The coords are about -2127 -4696
