Concering A Refund

    Hello, yesterday I was trying to buy a pet, and as stupid as I was, I accidentally bought two duplicates of two pets, and I kindly emailed Wynncraft to discuss a refund. Even if it wasn't possible, I kindly asked to discuss. I get treated with a ban. I don't think this is right for Wynncraft to do to a player attempting to support the server.

    Including this, I can't even make an appeal. This is idiotic in my opinion.

    Did you chargeback before contacting them? Chargebacking will result in a permanent ban if you did.

    Ahh I see. I did chargeback after contacting them. This isn't an excuse, but they did not answer, so I thought doing this would help.

    Yeah, it likely is an automated chargeback ban which is given out when you refund via paypal (obviously, if there was a way to pay for items in the store and then take back your money, it'd be problematic).

    I'd be patient and contact support, it's unfortunate that it happens this way, but they should fix it for you.

    I sure hope so. If I couldn't get a refund, I wouldn't mind taking other pets or crates instead. I like this server, but it kind of hurts getting banned ahahhaa. Thanks for the help!

    Automated bans are usually in place in minecraft servers for chargebacks because they usually cause the supplier money along with the chargeback and can cause the supplier to be shut down if they have too many.
