Archer/Hunter Help Possibly The Worst Archer Build

I suppose It dies instantly, so i might as well post it.
Actually, i posted this cause im interested wether this can be made viable.
it has so much % air damage, it's gotta be usable somehow.
This is just a theoretical build, ill keep using my heavy melee one.

 

Sure, the "sorting wynndata by air damage% build".

Damage is pretty high (13.9k bombs) but spellcosts are awful (5 cost bombs since you can't even hit 68 int)
You could definitely make this a better meme if you didn't lock yourself to gales...
