How Can I Check My Ban Length?

I got banned recently for Possession and distribution of duplicated items that i bought on the trade market, and I tried to appeal it but it says that i'm either not banned or I am temp banned. How do I check my ban length and also will all my items be removed or just the ones that I bought from the auctionhouse that were duplicated. Ive been playing for years and I started a new character with my friend and I really hope it's not permenant.

 

I would create a DM to the person who banned you to see what is going on. They can be found here: https://forums.wynncraft.com/members/?type=staff. If you don’t know who banned you, create a conversation with a moderator about the issue. Note: Moderator's usernames are yellow-orange/orange.
