Knight "speed" Leveling

Hello everyone. I've recently got VIP an is now looking to level up a knight. I've played the lvl 1-70 quests to never want to see or do most of them again. However if questing is the best way to level a knight, so be it. But before I try that I want to see some alternatives. I asked some guy leveling on 1-100 maybe beyond on Twitch, I asked him what's the best way to level a knight and he said "Don't play knight." Now I want to hear everyone else's opinion. I was also doing a slight "meme" build like max DEF or max DEX.

 

best way is to abuse 4x xp, xp bonus gear, consumables, and just rush through grind spots until 65 and then get carried through corrupted dungeons, but i would not recommend this unless it is like your 4th or later class

 

5th actually. I like this Idea. I tried to do an all class challenge. I got very tired of doing the same quests over and over. I think I'll do this, what gear do you recommend? for any level, I'll make it a goal.
