    You may want to set a minimum price. Buying a new build is expensive, so buying a level 17 guild shouldn't come cheap. A new guild costs 5 LE and three soul points, with the added levels, I'd say you should give a minimum price of 7 LE and 32 EB.

    I don't think it is possible to make someone else the owner, regardless of their rank.

    You can. If the current owner leaves, then whoever has been chief longest takes their place.
