My favorite heavy melee, although you can switch Shaggy Boots to Blind Thrust and the rings to Fractured or Diamond Fiber Ring, depending on the spendings and the playstyle preferences, extremely good as of the current meta

I also want to point out that this is one of the more unique cancelstack builds I've seen, and it is actually really good and usable unlike some others, props on that
