Banned And Can't Appeal.

Hi! I was just recently banned and have tried appealing, only for the message "Our records indicate there are no valid bans tied to your name. Note: We only accept appeals for permanent bans." to pop up. In my ban message, it says to "Appeal at (insert Wynncraft appeal website here cause I can't post links)".

 

If you know the mod who banned you I would recommend contacting them and asking to set up an appeal. If you don't know the mod who banned you then contact any mod and they should be able to get you set up with the right person.

 

You were probably temporarily banned then. If not, then it could be due to website issues, as they are currently working on some parts of it and one of the things that is currently not functioning is ban appeals.

 

In addition to what the others said, if you have changed your name in that time, try using your old username to appeal.

 

Please link your MC username in either your profile, or your message. It's really hard to help someone, when we don't even know who you are.

 

Hmmm... Didn't think about that. My username is _omga and I have not changed my name in the time I was banned. I have tried creating a conversation with the mod I was banned by, but it stated that "I couldn't create a conversation with this person".

 

You should be able to create a conversation with them within the next day so.
