Maxie's Bot Is Delusional

So im just minding my buisness about to play some wynncraft and i decide to do the envoy II when i go to the bot even tho i finished part 1 it says "Bruh i cant let u in for no reason im just a badly programmed robot you dont have key or something" so i do the quest fix command and get my quest items back but i still dont have the key to enter they quest how do i solve this?????????????

 

The key is either in your bank or another class' inventory. And you are 100% sure you completed the envoy part 1?
