Stuck On The Sewers Of Ragni Quest

I played the game several months ago and made a little bit of progess, and I only decided to come back to the game recently. When I tried to clear out my quests, I realised I've been stuck on the Sewers of Ragni quest. So here's situation.

My quest book tells me to "Find a way out of the Spooky Sewers, but I'm already out of it, I think thsi was the result of me using /kill several months ago to get out of a bugged situation (what exactly I can't remember, but I think it was something to do with not being teleported despite finishing the part of the quest).

And now I can't enter the sewers anymore and quest NPCs are nowhere to be found. Is there a way to restart the quest? Or am I stuck with this.
