    I have noticed some players ridding horses and I am wondering how I can get one

    You can get a free tier 1 horse by doing the level 34 quest "Stable Story" or you can buy them in Ternaves or in Bucie for 24 emerald blocks. Here is the page of the wiki about horses https://wynncraft.gamepedia.com/Horses
