    Yes, perfect rarity does exist, my friend something about a 1/1024 chance for it to roll with 100% stats.

    You. Aren't gonna find one, ever.
    16% lb and xp is 1% each so that's already 1/10000. Soul points makes it 1/120000. Which is about the chance of a mythic from a mob, with no LQ and lb.
