idk if it makes a difference but if you powder WTTT......TTTW it will have a little more thunder damage which makes it have marginally better penetration

 

Yes, but if you tried to do this in-game it would give the wand the special ability for thunder powders, right?

 

So how long do you think it'll be until that build gets nerfed?

 

items in the build are all individually fine, the part of the build that makes it so strong is vortexian event horizon, which likely won't be nerfed anytime soon, as its absurd reqs make it a pain to use for positive attack speed in most situations

a double mythic rainbow build is practically the only place it can be used to a good extent

 

Admittedly, I don't have much experience with making builds, and am yet to find a Mythic. I just found another singularity build moments later that did an absurd amount of DPS. Still not as much as this one, but I'm beginning to think that singularity may be nerfed overall soon. I looked back through the item changes on Wynndata, and singularity hasn't been changed in a while.

If that's the case I may have been wrong, but this still seems a bit overpowered to me. The most damage I've seen a spell deal was close to 30k, so seeing closer to 40k dps for main attack seemed like a bit much to me.

 

you can get 50k or almost 50k dps with a no-mythic rare weapon on assassin so...

I’m using this build in-game and the repairs aren’t actually too bad. You could get through about half or even more of LI before you need to repair.

 

Congratulations for discovering vortexian accessories. Only like the 10th thread to act like this is cool

Probably will get nerfed anyway in the far future...

 

Meh it already got nerfed shortly after I made this build, I doubt it will get nerfed again just because this build still works.
