Mage/Dark Wizard Looking For High Dps Singularity Build

Looking to buy my first mythic and I really like using cascade so Singularity feels like a nice fit. Been scrolling through forum posts trying to find good builds but its pretty messy to search stuff. Looking for a good actual use build but also whatever can get the highest DPS on wynndata with Sing cause bigger numbers are cooler. Preferably no crafted items but if you have a build that relies on them I'm happy to see it.

So combining Obelisk Core with Angelic gem lowers required stats and ends up adding durability? Also what would be a good boot replacement for Sabatons, doesn't seem like they are vital but they make up for alot of the tank stats blue mask loses unless I am missing something

 

Everything in that build is 100% necessary for it to work.
Switching out anything would make the build unusable.

 

Also yes, flipping an Angelic Gem gives the item less skill reqs, but it does not give the item more durability.
