Screenshots On Forums

I've seen plenty of posts that have screenshots in them, but I still can't quite get it to work, with the closest I can get being, well, I may as well give an example.



I've been using "["IMG"]"(link to image website)"["/IMG"]" without the quotation marks. How do you get an image to appear?

 

Do you not use the "upload file" button? It always works for me

 

The way I do it is by first uploading the image to imgur upload (just google it). Then right click the image and "copy image address". Once you've done this you can use the Image tool and paste in the imgur url. Make sure it has i.imgur ... if you just copy the url from the top of the page I don't think it will work. Hope this helps.

 

I've tried the upload file button, but then I can't figure out how to insert the picture from there.

I thought that I tried that, but it may not have been i.imgur. I'll try again to check.
