    I would personally use this since stealing procs best on super slow attack speeds. Your build and the other build have decent mana sustain, but in reality mana steal at fast attack speeds is quite unreliable.

    Yes, I would recommend you do another class and get Draoi Fair because it is a godsend for assassin builds (and sees usage in many other builds too)
