   There appears to be no tool merchant on the map anywhere. Npc's locations are all over the place especially the randomly appearing weapon merchants that does not exist. Wynntils' map is also affected. No idea if it is because of the wynncraft map?

   Wynntils works off of the official map so it’s provably an error there. Haven’t seen it myself though
