How To Get Other Levels?

Combat level is easy to get,
but I don't know how to get dexterity level.
or intelligence level.
or agility.

You mean like for item requirements? Like how lament requires 110 intelligence to use, or shaggy boots takes 60 dexterity? Those are just how many skill points you have in that stat.

 

This doesn't exist.

Gonna give a guess, you speak about the skill requirements on weapon and armor, which are related to the amount of skill points of your armors and accessories + stats.
