How Do You Play This Game

I just started and idk how to really play
I cleared the sewer dungeon but other than that idk how the game works
Can someone explain to me

 

kill mobs
do quests
do dungeons
grind
level up
do profs (if you want to crush your own soul)
meet people
lootrun
find miffs
start a new class HICH
die
repeat
complete HICH run to 106
repeat

have fun (:

HICH - Hardcore Ironman Craftsman Hunted, the combination of all 4 gamemodes to make the game more challenging and on top of that, frusrating
lootrunning - putting together loot bonus and loot quality to get the best loot you can when opening chests
miffs - my way of saying mythics, which are the highest rarity of items and worth a lot on the trade market
profs - proffesions (boring as heck)

Its a RPG (+MMO), you just do stuff that you would normally do in an RPG (+MMO)
