    the reason why they are worthless is because their id's are static.

    imo it depends of the build u need, but its just a sp bonus helmet whit 1 hp (if im not in wrong) so its literally the same blue mask that everyone have. also some builds use it so

    Never forget 90/95+ sp Blue Masks (pre-HP nerf, especially) going for a ton of LE.
