Is There A Way To Counter A Speed Archer?

Speed archer can’t hit shit but can’t be hit by shit, any way to actually kill a speed archer in a 1v1? (I mean kill like not hit but kill)

 

Depends on your class obviously, but AoE spells (Shaman especially) can shut down speed-based pvp hard. Other choices are to use spells that apply a slowing, freezing, or blinding status effect, all of which reduce movement speed.

If you're another archer, just try and camp and bait them out, they'll eventually do something predictable you can punish with a bomb.
If you're mage, try to hit a snake, and then follow up with a meteor if you can (Mage is bad for PvP tho because of slow cast times)
If you're assassin, throw down smoke bombs to block off certain areas, and use spin to slow via the blind (also vanish is good to make them paranoid)
If you're shaman, literally just throw down a totem and spam aura. They will commit unalive.
If you're warrior, bash spam probably can do some good with its slow, but you're left in a similar situation to mage where your spells aren't super great for PvP (and for warrior, it sucks for PvE too)

Reflection and Thorns can also be used to counter damage taken back to the opponent, and poison is incredibly strong, ignoring all defense to deal true damage over time.
