If you don't mind not using Hellstrand: https://wynndata.tk/s/5djnvu
There are many CUR parties these days so getting Orange Lily shouldn't be too difficult - it's a wonderful bow.

Morph is useless until you get the full set bonus (you can use two Morph-Topaz and get the 7/8 bonus as early as Level 75).
There are multiple options, omitting Hellstrand because I'm drawing blanks:
    • TWA Gale's Force - Replace Cumulonimbus with Nighthawk if health is a concern and you want to fire arrows from afar. Return to Ether is also compatible with this build, but Gale's Force is a better option.
    • EWA Alka Cometbringer/Orange Lily - Olive is Level 98, so replace it with something else. Also, you can run Buster Bracer (a low level Bracelet) instead of Megabyte and something else entirely for Gigabyte. Be forewarned that this build is not going to have enough Intelligence to reduce the spell costs to a reasonable "spellspam" level, but it is what it is. Orange Lily should work with this build as well. It has a high cost reduction on Bomb Arrow, allowing you to spam it better (be careful of the Arrow Shield penalty!)
    • TWF/WFA Hellstrand - I'm not supplying a build for either of these, but they both should be doable at Level 96. I'd wait until Level 98 for Hetusol, however.
Nighthawk is reasonably cheap, you can do a couple of Fallen Factory runs to both get enough XP to ferry you to Level 99 after doing all quests, and to get Gigabyte (or other FF items wherever needed).

I also recommend doing Order of the Grook for the Fabled accessories (pick Avo Wood Wand, Sky Rukh Wand or Dragon Bone Wand, as other wands give literally nothing in return). They're useful even at high levels, due to the cost reduction on spells.
