All Progress Deleted

I use to play wynncraft a lot, today i tried logging on but all my progress was deleted. I had to start a whole new character because it said that i had none even though i played before and was around level 38. Someone please help me fix this I really don’t want to start all over again.

 

I'm not sure what to do, other than submit a bug report, though level 38 isn't that hard to get.

 

How do I submit a bug report? Also I would just try to get back to 38 but I had a horse and a really good wand and stuff.

 

Go to the bug reports section of the forums. You do get a horse from a quest and I'm sure you can find good equipment. Still file the report though as this shouldn't be happening to anyone
