What Happened To Demon Tide?

Demon Tide was a pair of leggings that gave some negative spell costs on all spells, but now for some reason it doesnt't. Is this a bug? Or is this an intended nerf. It doesnt show the negative spell costs on the armour itself or on the compass but on wynndata it still shows that.

 

This is a bug- some item changes got rolled back by accident a little while ago

 

ah thanks, ill have to wait for it to be fixed before i can use it in a build rip

 

yeah it's really sad, my volcano spell broke because of it
