Issue With Monthly Crate

Hi there, I'm quite new to the forums so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post this here or elsewhere but I'm having an issue with the monthly crate. I am positive it has been over a month since I've gotten a monthly crate but whenever I go to the page and press on the "Get your monthly crate" square it lets me enter my username but after that all it does is reload the page without giving me the crate and without adding anything to my cart. I tried three different browser and two different wifi's and I'm not sure what to do. Is there a way to see when I last got the crate (in case it hasn't been over a month and I am mistaken)?

The reload means that a month hasn't passed yet. The API is still down but I claimed mine around a week ago so it shouldn't affect the crates.
