I'm a noob and I might be regretting choosing warrior since I've heard people say it's bad
on my next playthrough I'm definitely going shaman because that seems very fun

 

it's not horrendous, but I do agree that other classes are more 'fun' to use

 

Shaman is hard, use archer. (totally not biased because I am archer main)

 

Obviously assassin is the best. I'm a mage main and assassin is still my favorite.

 

wdym shaman is easy as hell
archer is also overpowered so only choose it if you want it to be really boring easy
mage is easy as well but fairly balanced more than archer / shaman anyway
Warrior is seriously underpowered but very good to start with and to learn the game
Assassin imo is the most balanced of all the classes
kinda biased cos im an assassin main sure but it really is most balanced (i don't care what you say about vanish, its near useless otherwise)

archer is probably the most convenient, so to say

and shaman is not so easy, it's a rather tricky class to be soloing stuff. You will absolutely shred mobs in most situations, but that's kind of what shaman is about. When you do solo boss fights with shaman, unless you're using a very tanky build it certainly isn't easy.

 

Ive reached 84 (nearly 85) so far on shaman and i cant say its been very hard for me but not 100 yet i guess so ill just leave it
If i do still find it easy at 100 tho i assume thats just a matter of opinion and playstyle

edit: also yeah for some reason all the mobs are doing that and, warrior dealing the knockback that it does, often manages to stick the mobs in walls/ceilings

i'm a mage main, and have no other classes, but i still agree that assassin is the most balanced after watching some others play all the other classes, mostly becase all the rest (including mage) are overpowered. Or, in the case of the warrior, extremely underpowered.

I had an archer character a year back and I ditched it because I wanted to start anew, with all the new quests.

I also thought about using Assassin for my next profile? Should I? I like melee focused classes, but how melee based is it?
I also liked Shaman because I like tanks (/healing or whatever) and it seems fun to just go around AoE shredding mobs all over the place lol

anyway can't really think about my next character yet since I haven't even gotten my first one to 100 lol

 

Assassin is great for either melee or spell. If you go melee, I would recommend you heavy melee playstyle
