Shaman/Skyseer Efa Silent Ballet

I am proud to say that my 1000th post of this forum is a CLASS BUILD. i've being seing a lot of talk reciently about this fancy shaman weapon called "Silent Ballet", so I went to check it out. Upon seeing its stats, I just HAD to make a build for it. And so, I present to you this probably terrible EFA Silent Ballet build. Enjoy.

hey you seem rly knowledgeable about this since silent ballet has a lot of -spell costs is there any way you could make a spell build to spam high damage spells forever?

why not Kickback? it'll probably be better for not killing water def and gives more damage

 

i dont know if you are sarcastic or not but do you see the -28000 spell damage% and -28000 raw spell damage?
