It's a 1 hp rage glass cannon. Uses superslow attack speed with massive amounts of mana steal to fuel vanish, that plus tons of agility is how you stay alive. Meanwhile, constantly being at 1 hp means your armor powders are granting +396% earth damage, which almost quintuples your listed dps.

EDIT: Apparently rage didn't work quite how I thought it did, so the damage is a lot worse than I thought it would be. Thanks to @err0r for pointing it out, see the post below for details.

 

Actually rage doesn't quintuple your dps, because the earth damage boost isn't applied after all other calculations, it is added to the normal earth damage %, so this is the actual damage
