Still Stuck In Point Of No Return

    Its been 5 months and im still stuck in point of no return at the golden pressure plate where you have to use your soul retainer which I lost it. Is this quest ever fixed? How do I get my soul retainer back?
    Quest book says '...'
    Coordinates: 983 90 14917
    I tried using scroll to detlas and going back to quest, and also /kill but none worked
