    Im looking for a build that has over 17k hp and high melee damage (over 10k dps if possible), without mythics

    While this isn't exactly what you want, I don't think its possible to get what you want

    since mage has no dmg buff I don't think 19k melee dps is possible with heavy melee, maybe with tier stack though... Also, as for health if you want max raw melee possible for mage (
    Main Attack Damage 101%, Main Attack Damage 17870) your hp will only be 16634
