Wynncraft Is Pinging But The Site Indicates That There Are Players Connected

I don’t know if I’m the only one or if anyone else is in the same situation, and if someone can tell me if the site has a support channel or something like that.

 

No one has a solution or an explanation for this problem ?

 

Currently the player, uhh I forget the name I'll look for it, is down and stats on the wynncraft page don't count, if that's what you mean.

Oh yeah try using lobby.wynncraft.com that should work. If you mean my forum signature ye that broke a long time ago lol.

 

nah.... the same problem, when i refresh, the server is "pinging..." and after he tell "Can't connect to server"

 

What does it say when you try and connect? If it won't let you maybe try direct connect?

 

sorry I forgot to mention it at the beginning of my request, so when I try to connect there is this error message for all possible ips (lobby.wynncraft.com play.wynncraft.[com/net]) and I end up with this message:

Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection had to be closed by the remote host

 

Odd list of things to try
Restart router
Join with 1.12.2 version of MC
Turn off firewall btwif this doesn't work, make sure you remember to turn it back on ;)
Maybe this thing I found
If none of those work, it may be time to talk to support. That's all I can think of rn, hope one of them work!

 

ty for your help but it doesn't works..... i turn off my firewall i restart the router i disable the NAT and it still doesn't work.....

can you show me how to talk to a support pls ?

I'm sorry I could not help, but I am glad you stuck with it :). I would probably PM a moderator, or ask someone what the best course of action is. I'm not sure if you are supposed to PM one of them but I guess that may be the best course of action.

yes but they got a problem by changing the host server also EU got problem to connect to the serve but thanks for the info
