    After talking to Elrund, does it reward better to battle Vidobe, or leave without? I gave the boots to Kansard btw.

    It's supposed to be a lesson in greed, in that the elves care more about doing the right thing and not worrying about money and such. I got played too lol.

    i was a pro and leveled up 1.5 times from fighting vidobe repeatedly
