    If you have 100% thorns, does that mean you reflect back all melee damage to the attacker?

    It means you have 100% chance to reflect all melee damage you take to the attacker.

    If you have 50% thorns it means you have 50% chance to reflect all melee damage to the attacker.

    If you have 150% thorns it's the same as 100%.

    It means that the enemy has 100% chance to recieve damage that it dealt to you

    So you still receive the damage your enemy did to you, but your enemy takes the same amount of damage? If you have elemental defense, does that mean you deal less damage back? And if your opponent has elemental defense, does that count?

    Enemy attacks you -> you get damage ->
    enemy is a mob -> they take 150% damage
    enemy is a player -> they take 50% damage.
    Yes, I think that it is calculated by the final amount of damage you take
