Archer/Hunter Stinger 'true' Hybrid

Is there any way you could reach 10k/10k while also having sufficient mana sustain?

A few more attempts with defensive sp:
https://wynndata.tk/s/itvpdy - full TWF, it's alright but bombs are on the low side and the hpr hurts.
https://wynndata.tk/s/ejz8p0 - Brainwash time, didn't really work out.

https://wynndata.tk/s/bxv0oj - I think this is the best I've made so far. The hpr is bad, but you could hold Prismatic Pendulum while travelling.
