A Fighting Species Unable To Finish

I killed the ogre guy and got the handprint, but i cant claim the quest for some reason? its saying to clear inventory as if i completed it but it says i didnt kill him

Btw i forgot to mention it claimed my ogre mask too so i cant go back to checkpoint the quest book

 

I tried relogging but that didn’t work either

 

Essentially, it’s the full/near full inventory that’s stopping you from completing the quest. You can go to town and get rid of some items, then come back to finish the quest. Or, what I’ve done is drop some items on the floor, finish the quest and pick the items back up.
