Mage/Dark Wizard Need Endgame Build (no Mythics & No Li)

Looking for a good endgame mage build that allows me to do damage, but not die instantly. I haven't done AHC yet so I'd like a build that can do that quest without dying.

I'd like it to be spell based and have decent mana regen if possible.

Some TWF builds I just threw together:

https://wynndata.tk/s/sam2zu (Peaceful Rest) - much better heals, but less walk speed and more -hpr (edit: you also get access to Courage which is pretty nice)

replace nighthawk to ornate shadow helmet and stormy amulet to dia hydro if you have it.
damage is low(12k meteor) but you can spam heals with time warp to survive and tri-wield nepta and peaseful rest for element defence.
