Shaman/Skyseer Help Looking For Build

looking for a build for my shaman, currently 95 but not for much longer so any level works.
I want decent spell/melee damage, and somewhat tanky. Also trying to stay away from intel/agility builds cause i want to try something new.
fine with fableds/legendaries, but no mythics or LI items.

Im really bad at build making so any help is appreciated :)

I feel like time rift for a shaman is going to be a pain because of the major id

 

will try it out but not totally sold on the damage values

 

you get 13k auras while near your totem and they cost 1 mana

Is the first build that was linked better than morph? I am using morph right now and a more looking for a better build

 

according to wynndata it is better, but that could depend on the weapon. I'm currently using full morph and weapons the end and overdrive on a shaman and I've noticed about the same results, so it could differ with another weapon.
