World Tree| A D&d 5th Edition Campaign|[5/5][queue: 1]

Since I suck at creating any sort of technical things myself, I decided to start a campaign where I can have everything I nees laid out for me in a nice, thick book. A Dungeons & Dragons campaign. Welcome to the World Tree.

Spoiler: Background Info

The World Tree, in mythology, is a giant, universal tree that holds the worlds together. In this D&D campaign, the story is set in this "World Tree". Multiple "Worlds" are spaced along this Tree, higher and higher, each one containing more powerful creatures. The World Tree is a place of peace and prosperity. Well, it was. Unfortunately, the World Tree is dying. Something, or someone, wants the World Tree dead. The Worlds are now full of angers and perils, and it's up to you, noble adventurer, to save the World Tree and kill the one who poisoned the Tree. What do you say?

Spoiler: Unique Mechanics

Unlike most D&D campaigns, World Tree doesn't really have a major plot, other than "defeat the bad guy". Instead, it has lots of smaller quests/dungeons that have their own villains and monsters to defeat.
Due to the nature of this game, backstories and such are very limited.
It is VERY important that you explore each World thoroughly. You'll need every little bit of help for this campaign.

Ahryheim is the first World, and the most peaceful. Small Villages dot the land, full of cheerful townsfolk and happy vibes.

Spoiler: Character Creation Guide

Pretty much, just follow the D&D rukes for character creation, with a few adjustments:
-Only the following races and their subraces: Human(no half-breeds), Elf, and Dwarf. Monstrous races don't fit here.
-Keep the backstories to events within the walls of Dephira.
-Try to keep things simple for me. I'm not a huge fan of complex, detailed persobalities and backstories that are the legnth of novels.

Spoiler: Timeline of events

-Year 0: The World Tree is born from a magical seed.
-Year 34: The World Tree begins to grow land on its branches.
-Year 76: The World Tree has matured, and has completely formed an entire "World"
-Year 291: The World Tree is fully grown within this dimension, with ten formed Worlds. However, no life has been created.
-Year 363: The first humans are created by the World Tree. They breed and spread across the Tree
-Year 502: The first elves and dwarves are created, and do the same as humans.
-Year 824: The World Tree begins to connect to other dimensions in search of more life.
-Year 891: The World Tree connects to a dimension of darkness, which slowly begins to taint the tree.
-Year 962: The darkness manifests as an avatar, the Harbinger of Darkness.
-Year 1582: The darkness visibly damages the tree from the top branches.
-Year 1935: The darkness is beginning to invade the Worlds, bringing evil to them for the first time. Monsters and corruption are being spawned.
-Year 1948: Present day.
-Year ???: IT happens.

Starting level is 1
You have access to pretty much anything you might find at a normal medieval shop, so nothing incredibly magical, rare, or expensive, such as gemstones.
